Use the website for our story, competition information and partnerships. Use the Opportunity app for learning, practice and your personal progress. Use Stream for cleared previews, local stories, business listings and innovation.
Sign in on the platform you want to use. If you already registered there, use that existing account and the same sign-in method rather than creating a duplicate. A website visit does not automatically sign you in to Opportunity or Stream. Each service manages its own profile, permissions and progress.
Choose Forgot password on the relevant platform's login page and enter the email you used there. Check your inbox and spam folder for the next step. If you normally use Google, use the same Google account. Enter passwords and verification codes only on the sign-in page; never send them to support.
Career Foundations, Digital Confidence and Business Basics contain practical introductory lessons. Read the lesson, work through its interactive scenario and use the feedback. Complete the three practice decisions to open the knowledge check, then answer all three questions. At least two correct answers are required to pass. You can review and retry.
Wait for the completion message after passing the knowledge check. Reopen Learning Pathways using the same Opportunity account and check the completed lesson count. Reviewing a completed lesson keeps the earlier saved result. A practice choice or an unfinished quiz alone does not mark the lesson complete.
Check that you are signed in to the same account and that the earlier lesson shows completed. Read any save or error message, then refresh Learning Pathways to check the saved record. If it still looks wrong, email Info with the course, lesson, account email and what happened. Do not send your password. Introductory lessons unlock in order.
Career Foundations, Digital Confidence and Business Basics record learning completion. They award no Opportunity Points or credits and are not accredited qualifications. Completion does not guarantee employment, partner acceptance or competition qualification. Separate programmes explain their own conditions.
Testing pre-registration opens on 1 November 2026. The official competition and registration launch is on 1 January 2027. A test submission does not confirm or reserve an official entry. Eligibility, verification and the published rules still apply.
No. Competition entry is a separate choice. Explore your battle, talent category, stages and entry requirements before registering. Follow the published rules for your route. School entries also follow the relevant guardian and safeguarding requirements.
Open the competition guide and the rules for the battle or stage you want to enter. Use the published approved scorecards and rules. Proposed stages, awards or unrevealed prize amounts are not confirmed entitlements. Check the current information before entering.
The labelled Oracle compounding practice and proposed rate examples are fictional learning activities. They do not change official points, create a cash investment or award prizes. Read the terms shown with your saved practice choice; a newer proposal does not rewrite that choice.
Stream is in pre-launch. Public viewing is limited to cleared previews and approved content. Additional full-length programmes are awaiting rights, participant permissions and release checks. A private review invitation is separate from public availability.
A viewing profile applies its age limits and watch history. Select the appropriate profile when prompted. An adult profile may require its parental PIN, and a viewing session can expire. Enter the PIN directly in Stream. Selecting a profile does not grant access to a restricted programme.
Check your connection, select your profile if prompted and reopen the available preview. If your simultaneous-stream limit is reached, close playback on another device or tab before trying again. If the problem continues, contact Info with the programme title, device and exact message. Keep your PIN private.
Paid subscriptions and live checkout are not open. The displayed membership prices describe proposed packages. Payment-provider approval and end-to-end payment testing are required before paid launch. Do not treat a package description as an active paid viewing entitlement.
Email billing@universx.co.za. Include the relevant account email, a clear description and any transaction reference you already have. Do not send a full card number, PIN, password or verification code. An acknowledgement is not a refund approval, cancellation confirmation or promise of a resolution date.
Prepare your business name, main category, town or service area, a description of up to 300 characters and a working public email. A free listing needs no viewing subscription, logo or stock catalogue. Sign in to manage it, save a private draft and submit it for review when ready. Only approved listings are public.
Saving changes to an approved listing returns it to a private Draft and hides the current public listing. Save your corrections, preview the draft and submit it for review again. Returned submissions also appear as Draft with Review feedback. Archiving hides the business while preserving its workspace records.
For optional packages, upload JPG, PNG or WebP images up to 5 MB each. Each item can have up to three photos. Use accurate images you have permission to publish. Allowed item types depend on the package; a Digital Showroom supports vehicles. Choosing a package does not start billing or activate advertising.
Use info@universx.co.za for account, learning, viewing and general enquiries; billing@universx.co.za for Stream cancellations, refunds and billing disputes; and partnerships@universx.co.za for business listings, advertising, funding and partnerships.
For Info and Billing email requests, we aim to provide feedback within 48 hours. A request may need longer to resolve; this target is not a guarantee of approval or a refund deadline. Keep the original email thread and reply there with updates. Include the relevant account email, page or programme and exact error message, without passwords, PINs or full card details.
Use the privacy route for the relevant platform, or contact info@universx.co.za. The team may need to verify that you are authorised to make the request. Do not email identity documents unless the team has provided an appropriate secure process.
