Membership and content rules
- Access depends on the selected plan, title rights, profile age settings and the payment options available in Stream. Rentals and pay-per-view are presented separately where offered.
- A video submission is a request for review, not guaranteed publication. Participant or guardian consent and all applicable content rights must be confirmed.
- Merchandise discounts apply only to selected offers under published terms. Lucky draws, prizes and bootcamp travel are not guaranteed membership benefits.
- Business membership advertises a business and enables direct enquiries. This is not a marketplace or an in-platform product checkout.
- Fan Credits unlock entertainment experiences. They do not buy achievement, competition eligibility or Oracle rankings.
- Final billing, cancellation, refund and recurring-payment terms must be shown in the Stream app before confirmation.

One million active Stream subscribers is our ambition. The proposed ultimate Oracle pool is R10 million across the top 1,000 ranked predictors. It is not active: each tier needs secured funding, published rules and active subscribers verified over two consecutive months.
Proposed milestones: 1,000 → R100,000; 10,000 → R1 million; 50,000 → R2 million; 100,000 → R5 million; 1 million → R10 million. Each higher total replaces the previous pool.
