Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Media featuring minors follows strict consent and publication rules. No media involving minors is published without verified consent.

Safe Environment

All events, auditions and activities are conducted in safe, supervised environments. Staff and partners are expected to uphold safeguarding standards.

Reporting

Any safeguarding concerns can be reported through Universe X support. Sign in may be required. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. All reports are taken seriously and handled with appropriate confidentiality.

Media Rights

Publication status, consent and media rights are managed through our governance systems. Participants can request review or removal of their content.
